1. Nature of the Strategic Call

The Strategic Call is a preliminary, non-binding, exploratory conversation. Its purpose is to assess strategic alignment and determine whether a potential collaboration may be appropriate.
It does not constitute:

- Consulting services
- Professional advice
- A commercial proposal
- A commitment or engagement
- A client–consultant relationship

Any engagement or service can only arise from a separate written agreement signed by all parties.


2. No Obligation or Expectation

Submitting a request:

- Does not guarantee acceptance
- Does not guarantee scheduling
- Does not create any entitlement or obligation

Maritainer Consulting d.o.o. retains full discretion to accept, decline, reschedule, or cancel any request without the need for justification.


3. No Reliance

The Strategic Call is designed for strategic orientation and mutual evaluation only.
You agree that you will not rely on the content of the call as the basis for business, financial, legal, or operational decisions.
All decisions taken after the call remain your sole responsibility and must be independently validated.


4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maritainer Consulting d.o.o. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to:

- Financial loss
- Business interruption
- Loss of opportunity
- Reputational impact
- Strategic or operational outcomes

Resulting from:

- The Strategic Call
- The request process
- Any communication or interpretation of content


5. No Professional Duty of Care

The Strategic Call does not establish:

- A consulting engagement
- A fiduciary relationship
- A duty of care

It is a professional exchange of perspectives, not the delivery of professional services.


6. Confidentiality & Professional Discretion

All information exchanged is treated with professional discretion and confidentiality.
However, this does not create a legally binding confidentiality obligation. A formal NDA must be executed separately if required.


7. Publicity & Use of Content

You agree not to:

- Record the call
- Publish or reference its content
- Use Maritainer Consulting d.o.o.’s name, brand, or statements for marketing, publicity, or promotional purposes

Without explicit written consent.


8. Conduct & Professional Standards

The Strategic Call is a professional interaction.
Respectful, focused, and constructive behavior is expected at all times.
Any inappropriate or unprofessional conduct may result in immediate termination of the call and refusal of further interaction.


9. Data Processing & Accuracy

By submitting your information, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and truthful.
Your data will be used exclusively for:

- Contact
- Scheduling
- Evaluation of strategic fit

Data will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties, except where legally required.


10. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Serbian courts.


11. Acceptance

By submitting the Strategic Call request, you confirm that:

- You understand the call is exploratory and non-binding
- You accept that it does not constitute professional advice or service delivery
- You acknowledge that no rights or obligations are created
- You accept full responsibility for any decisions made following the call
